This template is intended for non-bible references. The template should have the following attributes of being embodied in a sub script, size 2, a Lucida Handwriting font, embodied in italics, blue font, and should be able to render the link in this syntax {{url here}} into a <sup title=" (if possible make the actual link clickable), and following it should be the title of the page in which is being linked to (being pulled from <title> </title> or metadata).
